Managing Cleaning Quality

Our Quality program enables us to work in the most productive and cost-effective manner possible. We do this by involving our commercial cleaning crews, janitors, carpet and floor professionals in the process, measuring quality and communicating results. Our program improves our janitors' efforts and returns increased value to our customers. We do this by:

We have found that the most effective method in establishing a working relationship with our clients is by having the same groups of employees perform the cleaning on each visit. In order to satisfy our client's needs we ask them to fill out a personal cleaning request form. This form enables our crews to understand exactly what each client expects to have completed within their allotted cleaning time.
